Such a fun player when he was here! One of those “hate him when he was against us but loved him when he was here”
Never forget his taunting of the eagles when he scored lmao

Playing devils advocate but Mbappe is from Paris, winning a Champions League with PSG would mean a HELL of a lot more in Paris rather then being another footnote in Real Madrid or Barca history or another cog in the Man City machine.
I’m sure his wages are the biggest factor but he’s a kid who gets paid more then anyone outside of Saudi, gets to play in his own city, and still be considered one of the best in the world.
Leeds and Leichester have a lot more money then Burnley and we’re both a lot more established in the prem
They are consistent due to ownership GMing and coaching all being on the same page
If u look at Harbaugh and Tomlins coaching trees u will see a bunch of nothings, the only successful Harbaugh coaching tree prospect is Rex Ryan, with his other names (Hugh Jackson, Chuck Pagano, Vic Fangio, David Cully)
Tomlin only had Bruce Arians which is mildly hard too 100% give him credit for due to him already being a coach before Tomlin was even in Kindergarten
Kinda lit that the giants have been playing themselves out of the top QBs in the draft
Well Singleterry has kinda shown me that Pierce is probably finished in Texas
Yeah, freedom to really do anything, even if a GM isn’t sold on Howell, him having two more years on a cheap deal creates not as much pressure to be married to him, which is appealing as they aren’t necessarily locked in like most GMs are with their either Vet they inherited or 1st rounder they drafted
I don’t think we will ever see a coach win 3 different super bowls with 3 different QBs imagine how much he would have won if he had a HOF QB under center
I’ll say he kept the team above water during a weird time with Snyder and I’ll appreciate him a bit for that. but like, he’s the new Jeff Fischer he will keep us stable but we ain’t going to the next level
Beating the Cowboys always worth it
He didn’t throw away his legacy, no matter what he was the Captain to finally win the prem in over 30 years plus the captain when we won basically everything else during a amazing revival of the team. No one looks down on Stevie for playing in the US or Drogba for playing in China
Yeah while I don’t think JDR is doing a great job MOST of our mistakes have been him adjusting our DBs to help slow down the run, which leads to our CBs being on a island and getting bullied but when we do have our DBs help the pass game then our LBs get bullied through the ground
Dotson kinda sucks this year, Terry isn’t getting separation/ getting a lot of attention on defense. Sammy is making reads and offensive isn’t the issue most games
We fucked up roster building wise if we had a QB 2/3 years ago we would have been in a amazing spot but unfortunately we waited til after our defense regressed
I’m pretty certain that he will suddenly look like McDaniels as soon as he steps into DC
I think you could argue that Germany have the same issues as England did around 2010ish,
An older “golden generation” both dominated call up and are too old now, leaving a Germany without real leadership and experience in key positions. The Bundesliga in general from an outsider feels like they have been increasing the amount of foreign transfers leading to certain German spots being lesser. And just in general when looking at Bayern the best team, they currently only have German midfielders and forwards and obviously the national tean will be dependent on the best team in their leagues production of players (like every big league including the prem)
I don’t want a TE in the first, I just feel like it’s never worth it, the only one that I remember being worth it was Greg Olson
All these other guys are never anything game changing, to the level they are hyped too much, like the Lions taking Eric Enron or the Buc taking OJ Howard were kinda just non factors and Kyle Pitts hasn’t done that much in Atlanta to be worth the 4oa pick
It’s a shame we wasted his career, it’s tough too see that one of the best players in our recent history only have two pro bowls and 0 all pros
I think they know
The big thing is that the new GM will have free range to do whatever he wants, if they wanna draft someone and not care about Howell then that’s fine, no matter what he’s on a cheap deal and we aren’t locked on him
I prefer giving him another year but I’m not paid for my opinions on the draft
