A duo I would look at:

Coach Frank Smith the Dolphins’ offensive coordinator He has produced NFL top 10 Offenses the last two years he has made made an OC and created Probowlers at every position he has coached in the NFL as a position coach on the OL, TE & WR.

Marvin Allen Asst. GM of the Dolphins for 2 years, before that Allen was Kansas City’s director of college scouting from 2013-2016, when the team added players like Patrick Mahomes (2017 first round), defensive tackle Chris Jones (2016 second round) and wide receiver Tyreek Hill (2016 fifth round). National Scout for the Bills before that. Another guy who worked at every level.

Possible Duo 2:

Keep Bieniemy as Head Coach. GM: Mike Borgonzi the Kansas City Chiefs Asst GM. He was promoted to Assistant General Manager in 2021 after serving three seasons as the club’s Director of Football Operations (2018-20) and three seasons as the club’s Director of Player Personnel (2017)/Co-Director of Player Personnel (2015-16). 

But I trust Harris and Magic. Whatever they decide I am cool with. Just talking out my bottom.

Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowik are two guys I’m interested in

Honestly I don’t know! I just want Josh Harris to be true to himself and be confident in whatever decision he makes. Pick the people you truly believe in and ignore the noise.

Wouldn’t rule out the Steelers since Josh was a minority owner there

I know people will roll there eyes at this but I think Jim Harbough would be a great coach hire. Yeah he’s weird and rubs people the wrong way, but super competitive and successful. The problem is, he likely wants stupid money, like 15-20M a year. Harris would probably rather give Bieniemy a shot at 4-5M per.
