Short of an absolute urban meyer/hackett disaster, Kraft needs to guarantee that the next coach and GM will be given time to implement and develop a system. And the fan base should be made aware in some way of this. This is not a win now team. Let’s give him a new qb and 3 or 4 years to right this ship so he doesn’t rush a qb who isn’t ready. And so a GM doesn’t make moves to save his own skin. Development, structure, and scheme.

    It’s going to be Bill.

I assume he’s going to have a Dir of Football operations installed that is the heir apparent GM, be forced to add offensive talent, and if BoB isn’t the OC going into next season, it’s going to be someone Kraft and the Dir agree is a strong head coaching candidate in 2-3 years, and has a proven track record with young QBs.

The defense is still playing at a high level missing it’s top 2 players. Bill will get a chance to buy groceries with someone else, while also allowing another entity Cook the offensive dinner.

Anything is possible but I don’t think BB will accept someone else having final say. The job title really doesn’t matter, it’s the capacity/empowerment that counts.
