A inept head coach and an inept coaching staff and hopefully the Panthers find someone that is like Doug Pederson and a coaching staff like that has really bring a winning culture to Carolina

    Honestly yeah. I get the feeling this is a Jags scenario. However, as an outsider, I get the feeling that David Tepper couldn’t be trusted to run a lemonade stand, let alone a team. 3 head coaches since 2018, and the 2 he brought in were unmitigated disasters.

    Steeler fan here. I have a hell of alot of respect the way the Jags stuck with Lawrence. Hopefully Carolina sticks with Bryce and develops him. Too many teams throw away QBs after one or two bad seasons.

    Appreciate the kind words, although it is worth noting that the 2021 Jags roster overall was significantly better than the XFL level guys our team is made up of.

    Funnily enough it can only get better so onwards and upwards.
