I think it is Jax. I’ve fought against almost every champion over the years playing Jax. Objectively, I can easily say that Jax is the strongest duelist. Imagine that there is only one person in front of you and it is not a champion who gets unlimited power. Unless he has an infinitely powerful rune or item, Jax wins every fight without any difficulty.

Rn there is not ONE champion who rules them all in 1v1, moreso there are multiples champions that can win 90% of the cast in 1v1 in lategame, and can counter the best 1v1 :

In those I will put (with no order) : Jax, Fiora, Vayne, Kai’sa, Kassadin, Kayle, Master Yi, Nilah, Vladimir, with honorable mentions to Tryndamere, Camille and Yasuo/Yone

In the end, it’s pretty difficult to know who has the best 1v1: for example Yi stomp almost everyone late game, but is very prone to hard CC or AA dodging (Jax, Teemo, Nilah and Shen are famous to allow this).

I would say that if left to late game, Nilah would be the strongest lategame as of now : she pretty much has Jax’s defense with the ability to almost oneshot you with a Q/R (unless you have like 5k health and 500 armor, but even then she still removes 70% of your hp). But again, Hard CC shuts her down.

Jax and Fiora are probably the most consistent : as they don’t give up too much strength early game and can afford to build accordingly to match anyone you face, and they are probably the carry that gets countered the least by hard CC. people debate Vayne but it’s the same problem as almost anyone else in my opinion.

Zed clearly. Zed can be mastered at such a high level that eventually gets an answer to literally every ability in league of legends. I mean, faker what was that, is quite an obvious one.

I personally am more curios of who would be the AP zed of league of legends: Ekko or LeBonk?

Who beats Zilean? He can kite every melee and dodge every skillshot with his 99% movespeed buff. Just kite and spam double bombs.

It depends, are all champions at full items?

If so, I’d probably say Vayne, Fiora, Camille, Kayle or Gangplank. The amount of mobility damage and self peel they have is just too good. Nothing can beat these 3 late game, except each other.

GP has less mobility in comparison, but his damage is way above the rest and he has access to more range, which lets him join the fun.

If it’s 1v1 I’m sure no champion can beat trundle 1v1 if he actually builds for 1v1.

His W gives 110% bonus attack speed, 52% movement speed and 25% increased healing. His Q gives 40 AD and reduces the enemy AD by 20 so that’s 60 AD difference. His R makes him drain literally 30% of the targets HP and 40% of their armor and magic resist.

If he actually builds for 1v1 like (Botrk, Divine, Hydra, Steraks, Thornmail, Tabi’s) he’d destroy Jax and Fiora and I’ve seen one of my friends who mains trundle do it in front of my eyes lol.

Fed Yi right clicks you, Qs when you CC, W to tank big damage he can’t stop. Nothing out DPS a 6 item yi, and with his true damage armor helps much less. Pretty sure he beats jax if he Qs the counter strike stun.
