    I would guess that it was louder when Elway was playing because it was astroturf back then and I would imagine grass & dirt absorb a little bit more of the sound

    I get so salty when they emphasize GEHA on TV these days. I get it, but it doesn’t make me feel any better. I’ll never acknowledge GEHA unless they move to another stadium.

    when i was in college in the marching band we got to play at a Chiefs/Broncos game at Arrowhead and we got to sit on the sidelines. Shannon was on the sidelines yelling over us at fans in the stands.

    And, yes, the rumble is real. When Arrowhead gets loud on a 3rd down or near the endzone, you really can’t hear anything, then you just feel this rumble.
