Mid numbers for Mahomes standard. How bad was the rest of the AFC this week?

-back in the day there was a rap song about the Chiefs called “Gimme The Ball, Yall”…I remember “jack be nimble, here comes Kimble”. Hot 103.3 used to play it all the time. I can’t find it anywhere.

-Jamaal Charles 5 touchdown game vs the Raiders.

-Meeting Eric Hicks at Best Buy and my father fanboying over him…and my father had no idea who he was only that he played on the Chiefs. Me and Eric Hicks give each other this disappointment look…lmao.

-I don’t care what anybody says, personally Larry Johnson was my favorite Chiefs running back in that Holmes/Charles/Johnson era. I generally don’t care about off the field stuff, so let me get that out of the way. But yeah anyways, I still say they ran him into the ground, then blamed him for how things went.

-when Tyler Thigpen gave me hope for like a few quarters of football. lol

when i was in college in the marching band we got to play at a Chiefs/Broncos game at Arrowhead and we got to sit on the sidelines. Shannon was on the sidelines yelling over us at fans in the stands.

And, yes, the rumble is real. When Arrowhead gets loud on a 3rd down or near the endzone, you really can’t hear anything, then you just feel this rumble.

I would imagine Oludokin could pretty much equal whatever Zach Wilson does and has spent time learning the Chiefs offense. And wouldn’t cost anything.

Gotta find a way to stop the quick passes.

People are over-reacting because of situational drops.

You have no idea what you’re talking about. Mahomes, who had multiple INTs a few weeks ago in Denver, who also had an INT Monday night, can’t go into the lockerroom yelling at receivers like he’s perfect.

Can’t believe this is even a discussion.

Bland is having an anomaly historic season. It says more about him than the Chiefs receiving core. I hope people don’t read too far into this.

It’s not just one play. He’s thrown some bad INTs this year. This isn’t like when Tyreek kept tipping the passes up into INTs. Mahomes has throw some head scratchers this year.

I’m a Mahomes stan, but people are acting like he can just go in the locker room screaming when he made a mistake too. If Mahomes cleared up his mistake we probably win the game. It was a shared effort on Monday night.

probably tired of being double and triple teamed all game every game. Wins are cool, but they guys want to contribute directly.

Why are people acting like Mahomes was perfect. He through one the worst INTs ive ever seen. He made mistakes too.

Daniel Sorenson was a serious hole on the roster. Right now we just have dropsies and a slight turnover issue. But its not to the point where another team seas a full blown clear exploit on the field flashing like a cop car.

I remember it all. I’m not even worried.

What really is getting to some Chiefs fans is fans from other teams have ratcheted up their hate. The Chiefs have become like a whole storyline in the NFL. Every play of every game this year somebody somewhere is crying about how “the Chiefs hold on every play”. Somebody every play is saying the refs help the Chiefs. And so on…it’s been constant this year. Even though the Chiefs have probably been penalized more in every game (i’m guessing).

Also, Mahomes missed Watson for an easy touchdown last night. He can’t really go around lighting up receivers.

People still haven’t realized Mahomes isn’t just “physical talent”.

I like Tyreek as a player. Already a HOFer in my eyes. Possibly the best WR in the league.

I’m glad Tyreek got paid in Miami. He deserves a max type contract.

I think Tyreek got done dirty by local and national media surrounding personal issues. Seems like nobody with a national platform as cleaned up and of the myths surrounding him. They just pretend like they never vilified him.

I talked a lot of shit to fans of other teams because of Tyreek…and I forever thank him for that…hahahaha

with all that said…i just wished he’d stop acting like the Chiefs casted him aside. If he really wanted to still be in KC he would still be here and he would still have gotten a fair contract for him.
