Have to SERIOUSLY re-build O line or you are wasting their talent and throwing salary cap down the drain. And I’m not talking about 3rd or 4th rounders. Go sign the best RT in free agency. Draft a stud center in 2nd round.

I can’t watch Andre James get rag-dolled any more. He’s a backup. So is Van Rouen and Eluemunor

Agreed! I believe in the old motto “the battle is won in the trenches” and Kolton has been the only good OL we’ve had for a couple seasons. But now he’s been hurt and played like dogshit against kc

Our O line really only needs a Center. You move Andre James to LG and Parham to RG. Give Munford the RT spot permanently, and you have a solid run blocking O line that is average pass blocking. That is a realistic dream scenario. If we draft Bo Nix, draft the Center that has played with him at Oregon. That QB/C duo in football is underrated.

This draft is heavy on WR. I think we need to take advantage of that in later rounds, alongside RBs. Zamir White isnt it.

    We need a CB1 #24 forsure though.

Id say an LB that can take snaps away from Deablo. He is good but he just cant be reliable due to injuries. Amari Burney and Pola Mau can continue to develop and eventually be LBs, so I think we are fine.

DL will always be invested in. Or should always be invested in. Im still in the idea of letting Tyree continue to grow and move him inside. Malcolm Koonce has definitely earned playing across Crosby. Again, no matter how good the D line is, it is always a good idea to invest in the trenches.

Besides that, i think we should implement west coast scheme and invest in pass catching TE later in rounds. Whether its like Waller (WR converted to TE), and invest in some scatbacks like a C-Mac.

And I personally think in this draft, you can draft a QB (Not as our starting QB) in day 3 or UDFA and have him as a swiss army knife. Use him in RPOs. Anything to keep defenses on their toes.

Are you dumb? We literally drafted the best TE in the draft this year and that’s what he is? Do you even watch our games?

It just so happens that the next draft has a lot of OTs rated top 50 picks, but not so great for interior guys though.

OL should be our biggest priority. Then filling gaps and strengthening the defense. More receiver depth, more depth elsewhere. Finally, a FA backup qb.

It’s been long overdue. We need a legit RT and a RG. OL overachieved last year and they won’t get back to that level. Offense starts with OL and we need to protect AOC or any rookie QB coming in.

IMO CB1 is a MUUUUCH bigger need than OL. If we have a chance to take Koolaid and don’t love any QBs on the board, he should be our 1st pick.

Incorrect. We have the worst corners in the league and our D is #17. Gotta score more if we are bringing back 17 and 8

If we stick with AOC and build out everything else, OLine DLine and Secondary, we’ll be in good shape. From a Cap perspective AOC gives us the best chance to build everything else. That’s only if he continue seeing AOC grow each week.

    Otherwise QB, OLine and CB

Yeah i think we need to shut down Maxx and start a plan to move on from Davante and JJ. Obviously we cant get anything from Josh but we can get what we gave up for DA or maybe a 2nd and 3rd and 2nd the year after. That would make this job a little tastier to a new HC. The chargers are obviously still a better job because they have a QB. But we need to make this job attractive for future suitors.

We paid the RB and it didnt help much at all. Lets not do that again.

    naaaah.

Just because we were about to spend a 1st round pick on Paris Johnson if hey fell to us, but since he didn’t, we spent NO ADDITIONAL MONEY OR DRAFT PICKS ON O-LINE, doesn’t mean we need to do anything with 1 good, 2 meh, and 2 gaping turnstiles on the o-line.

Rookie QB and a starting veteran center that can help him pick up blitzes and blocking schemes. James is awful at recognizing the presnap pressure and so is AOC. It’s literally half the problem with our passing game and getting an elite center would do so much

Jacobs will take money elsewhere. I think he was rubbed the wrong way by not getting a long term deal, but not sure how friendly free agency will be
