I think most of us can agree Frank Pollack is at the heart of the OL issue. If he were to be fired from his position, who do you think would be a realistic replacement for him?

I don’t know where the problem is, but I will note Brian Callahan had no previous experience as an OC and we already fired Jim Turner and now we’re thinking of firing Frank Pollack who both have quite a bit of experience and worked for other NFL teams prior to the Bengals.

Are we just that unlucky or are we looking at the wrong problem?

    Ok hear me out.

I know it won’t happen but Kirk Ferentz. Man has been elite for decades at coaching TEs and even his son, who’s probably the worst OC i’ve ever seen, was an excellent Oline coach.

    Basically a Ferentz.

FWIW, I love Willie Anderson and dude is brilliant at coaching offensive line. He would put in the work and I think make a very good oline coach

Look, I’m all for making a change there, but I really think people should temper their expectations as far as how much of a difference it will actually make in the OL play… one can hope though! I thought they actually looked pretty good this year in the games where Joe was mobile, so that’s something

Mo Howard would be an improvement. Larry and Curly could assist him.

I tried to pull out he said no. I received some very obvious signs of backlash. I can’t leave.

Some things can’t be replaced. I would never touch your roster. Some people have no boundaries…but he won’t let me leave and you’ve seen that. So I gotta… figure out how to feed mine. This is the worst dumpster fire I’ve ever ever seen in my life.
