At this point playing Jokic in Denver might as well be a scheduled loss lol

After that first quarter I was just hoping we wouldn’t lose by 50

Most insane stat of the night:

Nuggets had a 37:3 assist to turnover ratio headlined by Jokic’s 15-0 contribution

Landale played 13 minutes and every single one was painful. Please get a backup C.

Not sure why Sengun played only 28 mins, B2B?

I know you might now look at the box score and go, oh Murray had 16 points and 6 assists on 4/14 shooting. That’s not very good. But oh my god does he make the offense flow better, like it felt different 2 possessions into the game. the Jokic Murray 2 man game is so good at getting Jokic the ball in a position that is either a forced bucket, or forces the defense to collapse, leading to the Nuggets getting open shots. Also I think MPJ had like 3 wide open 3s in the second half that was just pure Murray making a great pass after drawing attention, and just missed them. Which was funny considering he was unconscious before that.

Anyway, if you didn’t watch the game, your gonna have to just trust me, Jamal Murray was very impactful, and makes a huge difference in how the Nuggets play.

Yeah, just Murray off ball action drawing the defense away from the other shooters is huge. So good to see him back.

I anticipated a loss tonight yet it still hurts lol. JG & Cam looked good though so I’m leaving with something.
