I know I’m preaching to the choir here but how does the NFL let this Chiefs pickle gobbler on their games. He is insufferable, gushes over anything Mahomes does, simple stuff a above average qb does every game. He just goes on and on but when the other team makes a play he is dead silent. Get him the hell of these broadcasts.

Patrick has been making some crazy good plays tonight. He’s not gargling the MVBs balls for no reason.
The Collinsworth hate is officially more annoying that Collinsworth himself.
He bugs me for sure. I wouldn’t miss his broadcasts if they stopped. Some people like him otherwise he wouldn’t be on the air. But I never liked Madden’s commentary either lol.
It was a fun game to watch. The referees have been dog shit this year in most games. Collinsworth isn’t the problem. It’s the refs in KC, Green Bay and Dallas that are totally corrupt.
There was a point tonight where mahomes had a 7 yard run when they were down 14-3 and the only thing I hear is Chris Collinsworth giddy like a school girl who was just noticed by his crush by it.
Now HERE’S a man that knows how to suck dick!
A remastered video of the first time the Broncos ever played on MNF was posted on YT recently. If you haven’t seen it, it’s interesting from the perspective of how much the game has changed since 1973. In some ways it was so much more entertaining because it was almost exclusively the play on the field that determined the outcome and not all the penalties, plays being reviewed or the calls not being made. There’s a play in that game where a Broncos player gets clothes lined and everybody just gets up and runs back to the huddle, no reaction from the refs or the players whatsoever. Its freaking surreal when you consider some of the plays that draw penalties in today’s game, like the in bounds so called late hit on Mahomes in Green Bay.
One thing that hasn’t changed is the broadcast featuring announcers that can be extremely annoying to listen to. Back then it was Howard Cosell but in many ways he was exactly like Collinsworth, he picked out certain players and made over the top observations about them during games. So it really is something that the NFL and the broadcasting companies have always agreed on and it likely won’t be going away any time soon. I’m with many others, if you listen to what Collinsworth says half the time and actually think about the words you just heard, it’s the most ignorant drivel you are going to hear all week. I’ve never heard a comment from CC and thought to myself, that’s something very interesting that I never considered previously.
