No, it means no one wanted him for more than a bag of balls. The org would rather keep the depth rather than trade someone they picked in the 1st a year ago for a 7th round pick . That’s just an embarrassing look for the org that they missed that badly.
Used a first round pick on him a year ago. Moving him now they would get like a seventh so might as well give him more time and see what he can do
