When Ron was talking to the media today he was asked about reports that came out yesterday referencing Chase’s coachability. Essentially, someone in the building leaked that Chase doesn’t take well to coaching or doesn’t listen well.

I’m surprised no one is talking about this. I didn’t see any websites running a story about it and haven’t seen anything on this sub. Granted, Ron gave a PR answer about it not being fair or right and that you should put your name on it if you make claims. Does anyone have more information on this, I found it interesting.

Sorry on mobile so I don’t have link but it was maybe a little less than half way through Ron’s sit down earlier today. (It’s on Commanders YouTube)

    I don’t really care what Ron has to say or think anymore. Would be nice to get rid of this mediocre bum.

    The writing has been on the wall. He didn’t show up to volunteer workouts. He wasn’t named a captain. It’s pretty obvious the guy was gone. Not surprised and personally don’t care. We can find a guy in later rds that produced as much as Young. Should’ve drafted Tua or Herbert.

    Sean Taylor was generational. Chase Young was not

    Also there is a reason why this shit about Young was released and nothing about Sweat.

    Ron & JDR have been saying the past few seasons “if the d line buys into what the coaches are saying it’ll help them finish sacks” they’ve been talking about chase the whole time imo

    Good coaches don’t play to the media. They play to the locker room.

    ::shrug::

    Everyone sucks here.

    Chase is a dick for freelancing, skipping OTAs, showing low effort, and otherwise not playing to scheme. But he probably correctly realized he was being coached by guys who aren’t good at their jobs and slag him off in the media.
