Mine have to be Tarte and Elf
Tarte just didn’t work out for me I used to love Elf, but recently it’s just not been that great.
Natasha Denona and Dior
elf, maybelline, mac, rare beauty
Charlotte tillbury
But Darling! 100% agree and it was very irritating to my skin.
CT is way way overpriced - even if some of her products are good and people really like them, you’re paying exorbitant amounts for fancy gold packaging, not quality - ELF has been duping everything she does and better
Can’t say I’ve been a big Maybelline fan. So many of their products are considered icons but everything I’ve tried from them has just been “meh” to me
Maybelline gave me cystic acne
IKR SAMEEE
I’ve enjoyed Maybelline but I hate their eye products. It feels like every week they come out with a new dry clumpy dogshit mascara that everyone raves about for some reason. Their eyeshadow is chalky, doesn’t blend, and had no pigment either.
Nars.
MAC. I don’t find their lipsticks to be very hydrating.
Morphe, wtf. Actually the brow pencils are fine but the eyeshadow is like kids eyeshadow. I have an Almay shadow palette and it is highly pigmented and has great staying power. Morphe lasted me about an hour.
MAC,Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, NARS, Lancome, Sisley, Dior.
I’m going to throw Glossier under a bus.
Concealer greasy mess, skin tint I liked at first but then it or my skin changed and just didn’t look nice (with in weeks) Basically everything I bought was in thrash within months, mascara if you want spider lashes that’s you bag, lipstick way to drying and felt uncomfortable.
Puff Paint I never got the method either clown face or not there couldn’t get the right amount and it faded in an hour.
Elf. A lot of the hype is bc their products are cheap, and while I have found some that I do like, a lot are just on par with other brands or they suck
The Laneige lip masks
Charlotte Tilbury - overpriced, over hyped, shitty packing, mediocre quality
Elf- every single thing I have tried turned out to be hot garbage. I continue to give them chances since they’re affordable
