Yes because we have no damn WR1

    Look at every team

    • Chiefs (Kelce even though he’s a tight end)
    • Raiders (Davante Adams)
    • Dolphins (Tyreek Hill)
    • Jets (Garrett Wilson)
    • Bengals (Ja’Marr Chase)
    • Eagles (AJ Brown)
    • 49ers (Deebo and CMC)

Etc… I could go on and on and what the fuck do we have? What do we have?

    Nothing…big bunch of nothing bullshit

While I love advanced stats, it’s hard to quantify a receiving corps effectiveness w JUST separation. Scheme, drop %, timing, coverage of the D–they all play a part. This graph makes it seem that our receiving corps is well above average at creating separation… but it fails to quantify what types of routes those are on and if the receivers even catch it 💀

Ok. So this tells us that receivers have good separation and Jones tends to throw to open receivers. What it doesn’t show is whether the receivers caught it and do the stand on the right side of the first down marker.

Need to overlay with QB pressure, then you get a better stat
