We offer our employees a little equity in the company after a year. What do you do the attract talent and keep ‘em around?

    if i can do my job to your standard remotely literally working 20 hours a week, then there should be no problem.

    also please for the love of god set an expectation. in some jobs i don’t care if management has 0 expectation, but if a company is looking to grow or do something impressive, there needs to be an expectation

    100% healthcare (no premium) and HSA account that pays 100% out of pocket expenses.

    I do this for myself so think it’s only right to do for my team.

    I only have 4 team members.
