This game was a turning point in several ways, but mostly in the fact that record wise we are in the upper echelon and are competing definitively for the one seed and a bye. Lions need to control what they can and focus one week at a time, it’s onto Chicago. Defensive woes today aside, this team proved it can win a shootout against anyone.

    I think a lot of people only view being a football fan as 95 percent unhappy. You can’t ever be positive after a win, because that makes you a cheerleader.

    Real fans are upset and riddled with anxiety throughout the entire week, on game day and afterwards unless it’s a win of 38-3.
