    Bally Sports Network Values:

    1. Ensure their customers feel fully & completely fucked over via regional blackouts & a streaming service that doesn’t work literally 90% of the time.

    2. Be a voice for hire in local news by going on a one-company crusade to end local news investigative journalism and providing a sense of safety to big business, shady politicians and corrupt police departments who know that if their local news station is owned by Sinclair (Bally’s parent company), they can do whatever they want and no journalist will come snooping around.

    3. Blast half the country with “fake news” propaganda & fear-mongering (see: that YT compilation vid) like some sort of 1984 cosplay

    4. Refuse to talk bad about James Harden lol wut

    5. Suck so bad at business you have to declare bankruptcy and become a zombie corporation not even a full month into the NBA season

    Airing this in the first place was such a stupid decision by the production team. It’s already a well-known problem that players don’t want to play for the Mavs, that the organization is not player-friendly. Having your broadcast team basically take a shit on a player may make some reactionary fans happy, but it is just once more piece of evidence telling players and agents that signing with the Mavs is a bad decision.

    Welcome to another five years of having to overpay for under-performing talent, Mavs fans.
