    I was at a packed bar in Noda for this game. When they put Cam in on the goal line, the entire room went silent. It was eerily quiet. It was like you could hear everyone’s heartbeat.

    When he scored the touchdown, people went livid. When he said “I’m Back” i swear grown men were in tears. Strangers were hugging and cheering and jumping up and down.

    I felt my phone vibrate. It was a text from my dad. He said “I’m really proud of Cam. He deserves it.” My dad died in 2004.
