It’s more like redditors up the things they like and downvote things they don’t like to hell. It’s not everyone, people have been saying this season wasn’t gonna go well (not THIS bad but still) and it’s hard to refute the “conspiracies” when it’s been so bad.

weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•Dan Patrick Blames David Tepper, Calls the Panthers 'A Lifeless Franchise'English1·2 years agoThey need to go hard on Tepper, he is the source of the problem. Yes Frank also was a problem, but the heart of the issue has been Tepper and it’s clear that if he doesn’t stop meddling we can expect another rebuild after next season, he still hasn’t fired Scott like come on man. Dude cannot put together a competent staff.
weddingsaucer64OPBtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•For everyone wanting to fire Reich, why now?English1·2 years agoNot giving the bears the first overall is the only argument that makes sense to me but I really don’t want us to fuck up having Evero. He’s going to be a head coach somewhere, he’s a good coach, and if we give him the same treatment we did Wilks, this team will remain walking around the mountain again on the same path. We have a real problem of letting good things go for nothing and bringing in crap
weddingsaucer64OPBtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•For everyone wanting to fire Reich, why now?English1·2 years agoI fucking wish
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•If this team is ever successful it will be in spite of the FO/Tepper, not because of themEnglish1·2 years agoThis team will only change when Tepper keeps his grubby hands off major decisions. Frank is NOT the main problem, Scott is NOT the main problem, Tepper hires awful and then pressured them to make more bad choices to feed his ego. Unless he actually hires someone with a backbone, this organization will continue to be dysfunctional and inept. The next hires we have will be Frank and Scott all over again, with different names but the same people.
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•Tepper admits that a three way trade for the first pick was in place originally.English1·2 years agoThis is why I don’t understand all the people that wanna say “well we don’t have actual proof Tepper is a meddler”, if you’ve ever worked with upper management you can tell stuff like this happens all the time. Just judging by all the moves he’s made since buying the panthers, this guy (and his wife???) has had his hands all over a lot of major decisions just because it feeds HIS massive ego. I still feel sorry for anyone hired by this man just to be the next scapegoat for his football incompetence
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•this is the lowest i've ever been as a panthers fan. but who's worse?English1·2 years agoYeah this is literally the first stretch that we’ve had of being bad in franchise history. Historically we’ve over achieved for a franchise, we just haven’t had sustained success which sucks but most teams haven’t.
I said this year is different cause most of us actually thought we’d be halfway decent and contending for the nfc south and not only are we underperforming, but it seems like every big move we made was just completely wrong, yet again making the future look bleak as hell.
Lol I respect the optimism, but that’s the only time it does hurt!
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•this is the lowest i've ever been as a panthers fan. but who's worse?English1·2 years agoI think we are the most acutely low, but some fan bases have been down bad for a while. This is the first stretch of disappointment we’ve had as fans, but some teams (browns, jets, bears) have had multiple terrible seasons in a row after being filled with hope off-season after off season.
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•2 years ago today. IMO the last happy moment as a Panthers fanEnglish1·2 years ago5 years and this is the peak… also five years under Tepper…. Strange coincidence
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•Is the Jeremy Chinn era over in Carolina or would you consider bringing him back if the money is right?English1·2 years agoLmao numb to the pain
Hindsight 20/20, the only thing I’d change is sitting Bryce for his first season and letting Andy deal with this nightmare. We’d probably have won an extra game or two, and Bryce would be sparred from this hell of a situation. We were sold a team that was a QB away and nothing could be further from the truth. Any and every rookie would have had major struggles in our offense.
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•If you like the QB School and have Amazon PrimeEnglish1·2 years agoAppreciate this, I’m about to have the numbers to back up my hate /s but not really (please can we just have one good game)
Awesome article and awesome read! Cams the reason I even started watching nfl games week to week so he will forever be my QB and I truly don’t understand what makes him SO polarizing within this community. But nevertheless, dude planted a seed in Carolina that will one day blossom into a forest (hopefully with Bryce and this regime!), only the real ones will know who planted it though.
Quick edit note: on the paragraph right before the pic of Cam dabbing, there’s one typo: ”I’m am going do…” instead of “I’m going to do…”
Keep up the great work!
weddingsaucer64BtoCarolina Panthers@nfl.community•Who do you believe was THE Panther?English1·2 years agoHe was number 1
I don’t hang my mental health on the panthers (at least not like I used to). My spent a great Sunday with my family and initially always carve out some time for the game but decided to skip it since what would I miss. Still caught the last quarter and didn’t even watch it cause I knew it was a loss. Sucks to see the team doing so bad but I’ve made a good situation and look forward to the good times (whenever they may come again).
I’ve definitely grown as a person this year and the panthers doing terrible has been a “test” of sorts to see if I learned!
