Do you guys think the oled model might have some small modification to help with this mistake? Just thought about it
I am going to be upgrading mine soon, I am already getting it in my head to remove the micro SD
I hadn’t removed the SD card since I got the deck the other day I was trying to get it out and when I pushed it in it clicked but didn’t get pushed out . I had to dig it out with tweezers, it was jammed pretty good as card survived but has a couple scratches now
I’m doing the 2TB memory upgrade too I wrote a punch list of stuff to before during and after the memory swap
I’m thinking I’m still gonna forget something
Wonder if the OLED Deck will have the same problem?
Gamers Nexus said yes
It is the exact same deck but with internal upgrades, basically like an LCI BMW. They make some interior and exterior changes, but for the most part it is the same car.

Did they fix that in the OLED

Hey, it’s the thing every video warns about! Thanks for demonstrating
Eh, don’t worry, you can fix that with some duct tape.
I done exactly this to an Integral 1Tb MicroSD. 😂
The thing is a guillotine.
I’m seeing a lot of posts online with this happening if you open your steam deck up. Is that the only thing causing the broken in half SD card? Or is there other issues that cause this? I waiting to get my steam deck in the mail, and seeing these posts are worrying me about putting in a SD card. 😅
