this would be interesting, i can see many cases of it being completely busted

however i wonder if theres a case where just like death fires grasp would be slightly more balanced in this mythic era, if we had an item that increased ultimate projectile speed, maybe not base projectiles that would be absurdly busted, but for instance like ashe briar, jinx, vex (even more funny ends like senna even faster than her light of speed one) luxs might be a bit too much, and then i wonder how it would work with velkozs. because isnt his still technically a projectile, i could be wrong with the info on that one since its been awhile
