The fact that Stefon allow his brother to constantly shit on his current team, is 100% indicative that Stef is not all in. Your family does not shit talk your current team unless you enable them to do it, which is poor leadership.

This so called “Captain” skipped offseason workouts, has shows poor body language on the field, shows poor body language on the sideline, he abandons his team for the off-season, post cryptic post on social media opening up criticism, and he lets his family openly shit on the team creating more drama.

That is too much baggage to be considered a leader despite any positive traits he may have. There has to be someone else more deserving. When you reward shit behavior by a emotional player, your team will also be a emotional rollercoaster, which is what we are seeing.

I am cool trading Diggs for a 1st whether we win out or we lose out.

True captains forcibly prevent their brothers from voicing their opinions. It’s just what a good leader does.

Sometimes people miss obvious red flags because they want change or like the way things are going. How many of the Germans were concerned when Hitler started to speak his rhetoric. How many of them followed him because in the beginning he talked about getting rid of the evil that plagued their society. He used the bible and the pulpit to declare his message of “purity”. By the time many of the German people realized what was going on it was too late because suddenly most of Europe was under the Nazi regime.

My point is not that Steph is Hitler but that his history shows that when things start to go bad Steph starts to implode.

Several weeks ago I commented that we needed to get rid of Dorsey. Many downvotes and critical comments followed. I’ll bet 99.9% of those people now agree. About a week ago I and others said Sean’s time was done here. Too many poor choices leading to significant loss. Immediately people downvoted and said “we” were nuts. Now this OP has a concern and suddenly you guys don’t remember the behavior of Stephon that’s been displayed thus far. When all is said and done hopefully we fair better than Poland. And plenty of Buffalonians should know about Poland.
