Faker is the exception, not the norm. People retire at whatever age they feel they can’t keep up with the competition anymore. It’s not that deep. Peanut is a great jungler and he’s still capable of participating in the highest levels of play. But we can clearly see he’s no longer at his peak mechanically.
Okay Faker, you got your Ahri skin. Please don’t pick her again lmao.
Well tbh that can work, but they will have to buff the ability to compensate for it. That way it will force the players to weave autos in if they want to take advantage of sheen items, not just spam Q’s in the backline.
Nah please. I have nothing against them but I don’t want them to win again, they have won everything, multiple times already. New names please.
Also probably a hot take but Kanavi didn’t even play that bad. Bel’veth as a pick was the problem. That champ is so useless in a competitive setting, even more than Renekton (and Renekton is trash tier this tournamet too). I always think of Bel’veth as a Master Yi with a little bit more utilty and tankiness. Perfect to stomp solo queue with a glass cannon onhit build but fucking worthless when played on stage.
At least they cheered a bit for Ruler lmao. Holy shit the caster is hard carrying here. If only the crowd matched 1% of his energy.
Now I realize it. FBI and Light are doppelgangers lol
I mean that applies to every single esports and traditional sports out there. Veterans being constantly replaced by talented youngsters. So I don’t think that’s something unique to League, yet the majority of players retire/fall off their peak at around the age of 26-27.
