T-Mac in '02-'03 was my goat growing up, unmatched. I had his T-Mac 2’s in white and wore them in all my YMCA basketball games. If we had a better team that year he would’ve been MVP easily. I got to see him play plenty of times but y’all are lucky to be that close and see him matchup with Kobe, cool story.

I’m rarely on r/nba, it’s just a lot of casuals talking our of their ass imo, but occasionally its nice to see some love for us on there, its a good measuring stick for how well your team is doing. But you’re prob not gonna stop seeing toxic Magic fans on r/nba or from any fanbase, it’s just a place to be obnoxious about your team.

If he keeps it up the whole year (which I don’t doubt) and we make the playoffs (also don’t doubt), he should be All-Def 1st or 2nd at the very least. Kid is our defensive anchor in backcourt, while JI is our anchor in the frontcourt. Both should be in the running imo

Although JI prob isn’t MIP compared to Jalen, he’s been the biggest surprise to me. Def thought he’d lose a step or two after all the surgeries and time away.
