1 - Hiring Jim Harbaugh which straight up isn’t going to happen. No way he leaves Michigan where he’s paid a ton of money and revered as a god amongst men.

2 - Trading up to draft MHJ which is so laughable as that would require a Bryce Young type haul which would set the Bills back decades.

We don’t need to trade up when Troy Franklin, one of the best route runners in CFB will be there when we pick.

The problem is twofold.

1st: McDermott can’t win close games. It’s been proven time and time again that when the chips are down McD doesn’t have it in him to close out close games. We have 7 years of data to prove this.

2nd: I have no idea who we pick up if we fire McD. That’s the biggest issue. An offensive minded head coach with a killer instinct would be ideal; however, what happens at DC? Would the new DC be able to coach up players like McD does because we have guys playing lights out on D who were all considered projects or busts previously.

It sucks because I feel like the window shut on McD being the guy and as much as I love him for what he did for the Bills it’s looking like his time is ticking down.
