Hard disagree, players definitely had it within them but we made some really poor playcalling and management choices.
The fake punt reinvigorated the Packers sideline after we just built some momentum and we’re in the ascendency. If the bubble screen is a better play/play call were in the box seat for a chance at victory.

The shorter the term the higher the money/guarantees per year. Jared has just turned 29, unless he retires prematurely then he’s doing everything to prove he should be the Lions QB for the next 6/7 seasons.
He should get top of the market money, because the top of the market keeps rising and by the end of the contract it’s comparatively cheap. But I’m sure the team are talking to him about not just his earning aspirations but his career so we can succession plan effectively and offer him a contract that fits his desire.
