I think the best thing would be to get a defensive minded coach. I’m a kings fan and Mike brown has helped get the most out of players. We were almost last defensively last season and were about average this season. Players are rebounding and boxing out more and it just seems more connected. I think getting someone to get the most out of your current players is a priority and fixing issues that a coach can’t fix is priority 2.

Stars are supposed to elevate a team. Luka puts no effort on defense. Doesn’t box out to get rebounds despite his size. Cry’s about every call that doesn’t benefit him etc. Even if you don’t have the right personnel for the job you work collectively to fix those issues. So iso defense might be bad so you work on team defense. Rebounding is an issue, you don’t blame your undersized center, you have other guys help with boxing out. I think there are issues with coaching and Lukas personality personally.
