The worst part is that your draft wins in this meta. You delay game and farm and Naga, Kunkka, WR, Drow absolutely destroy them lategame. Your only real worry on their team is Spirit Breaker.

I had that yesterday. Coordinator went down, I was in queue but canceled it then closed dota. Came back an hour later and it said I missed my queue the same moment Dota loaded.

I actually tested it with a friend awhile back, when the system was first updated and I didn’t ping, use chat wheels or any voice/text coms (just Discord) for 20-30 matches (until my score updated) and he left party during the game and reported me every game, and asked others to do the same (for the memes, not sure how many people actually listened)for coms abuse both text and voice and it showed that on my new report and I dropped from 12k to 11.8k.
Meaning that Valve is prioritizing mass MEANINGLESS reports over actual offenses being committed and it also means that you are entirely correct. The system is 100% automated and doesn’t even consider the fact that you literally don’t communicate in ANY WAY into account for coms reports.
Slark already “steals” all 3 but if you mean permanent steal, taking everything would be incredibly broken and would need to be tied to very specific circumstances rather than on every kill. Something like Bane - like someone else suggested - and tie it to his ult, so if an enemy dies during Fiends Grip bane steals 1 of all stat permanently. Even though it doesn’t make much sense for the hero, but that’s an example.
But if that’s the context of your question, I’d also say in response that there is no hero that permanently “steals” strength. Pudge GAINS strength with each kill but does not “steal” it.
As a player with 12K behavior score - the system is broken.
I only need 10K to keep everything unlocked so the 2K extra is literally toxicity Tokens for me to spend when I like. Then when I drop back down to 10.5-11k I know I need to stop with coms until I get my toxicity points back up to spend them again.
