  • Our final stretch has one of the easiest strength of schedules in the league. Most of the teams that beat us have turned things around. Steelers were good when we played, Lions are good, Broncos have a 5 game win streak including vs the Chiefs, Bills, and hanging 29 on the Browns defense. Raiders had McDaniels so that hurts but we were so close to winning that game. Falcons are technically the leaders of their division lol. But anyone who plays the NFC South has a cupcake schedule lol

I know nobody wants to hear it, but if the Packers sneak into the 6th seed by going say, 5-1 the rest of the way, Lafluer needs a nod at least. Youngest team in the league at 2-5 and ends up 10-7 to go into the playoffs? Proves he didn’t need Rodgers to be a good team.

  • Last year though we had to play a dangerous Dolphins team, an upswing Lions team, and a division leading And healthy Vikings team. This year the hardest two games on the schedule are in Minnesota and home vs a not-so-great Chiefs team. We have 4 other games we should be favored in. We were underdogs in every game to finish out last season save for the Rams. We also had Rodgers but were barely holding on. Now we’re getting better with games that should boost morale and confidence and guys are getting better rather than being who they were. It’s a similar scenario, but 1000x better because if we go 9-8 and barely miss the playoffs nobody’s talking about missing the playoffs they’re talking about being over .500 after what we had earlier in the year and the youngest roster being better than the Rodgers led team last year. And If we do make the playoffs, in Loves first season? With all the picks we have coming up? Holy hell the narrative couldn’t be more different.

  • Hopefully Wicks, Jaire and Ford are back, Jaire and Valentine can easily lock down KCs bad WR core, Rudy and Quay need to lock in on Kelce and shadow him the whole game. I’d like to see them line up LVN and Gary on the same side to get some thunder and lightning to confuse the Guard and Tackle. Biggest issue is going to be whether Kenny and Slaton can stop Pacheco. Offensively the Line needs to hold up against that front especially on blitzes and Love needs to get the ball out quick. Drags, slants, and screens to Watson, Reed, and Wicks. Cannot try to sit back in the pocket against that defense. If Kelce can be limited and the line holds up, we have a good chance.
