1 year agoThe ones that bother me are the ones using the game as some way to discredit CJ by saying he’s overrated and not a winner or a franchise QB.

Kick missed by a foot. How can they spot us a yard back from where the last down was when it was just an incompletion? Still in the refs.
We gotta handle business the rest of the season. Lots of tough but winnable games. Broncos game next week is a must win which is scary because they look like a solid team RN. Jets defense is elite but I am not at all scared of their offense. Not at all scared of the Titans. Browns are similar to the Jets but significantly better, gonna be another tough and important game. Colts are sneaky good this year, gonna be one to watch at the end. I don’t think this schedule is as easy as some people say.
It was one of the worse games, but not the worst. The Bills Eagles game yesterday was just as bad. Bills got robbed.
It isn’t the Jags fault, but still fuck the Jags. Fuck the Colts and Tits too!
2nd FG wouldn’t have missed if the refs had spotted the ball where it actually was rather than take away 2 yards for 0 reason🤷♂️

I’m not saying we were perfect. We left points on the field that we should have gotten and we have to fix that, but I genuinely feel like our players did enough and would have won this game if the refs did their job properly. The issue with shitty refs is you can’t afford to make those mistakes you mentioned, because every point counts. Both things can be true at the same time. If this game was called perfectly I think it’s a Texans win, but it wasn’t and we didn’t do nearly enough to overcome the poor officiating. That is on the players. I want them to feel some responsibility for the loss and work hard this week to come back strong against the Broncos next Sunday. At the same time, as a fan I think it is fair for me to point out and complain about the refs and their incompetence which cost us points in this game and possibly contributed to our loss.
We can fix exactly what you’re saying by signing a guy like Tee Higgins or Mike Evans as a WR1 in the offseason. At this point I think addressing the trenches and defensive holes should be our top priority in the draft.
Yep I literally didn’t even have fun watching today’s game. I spent the whole time just pissed off screaming at my laptop. It isn’t fun to lose like that and it ruins a win when the officiating is this bad as well.
