Well… this blows.
Well… this blows.
Two things:
Fred McLeod died (John Michael is a great announcers in his own right, but no one really compared to Fred).
Austin Carr hasn’t been doing color commentary as much anymore. Additionally, he is not quite as sharp as he used to be, and although him and John get along well, Carr and Fred really had a great bond.
I would love if the Cavs could still run plays in crunch time. I’ve never understood why so many players choose to go hero ball instead. If it doesn’t make sense to do during the rest of the game, I don’t get why it makes sense to in crunch time.
With that being said, Mobley looked good, Allen looked great, Niantic shot is slowly progressing to the mean, the big to big passing between Mobley and Allen is looking unstoppable, and Porter Jr needs more run.
Man… I kind of hate when Mitchell does that hero ball stuff. I don’t get why you can’t try and run an action there…
I think Herro is way too high.
Alright Porter!!!
That was really sweet. She looked truly in love.
K’Evan Lovely would also be my pick if we are able to use past players. You are essentially getting prime Kevin Love with DPOY level defense. Or in other words, KG with an outside shot.
Ooh… I like both of your picks. Although, I’d personally rather combine Mobley and Max Strus. That’s basically Giannis with a jump-shot at that point.
I really like your pick. I think there aren’t as many clear cut picks as there were last season. For example, K’Evan Lovely would be a beast.
I appreciate you for actually following the rules lol. So many people are saying things like: Jarrett Allen body with Garland’s skills!
Keep in mind this would average out to a 25 year old SF.
I should’ve specified current roster. But fuck it, combine Uastin Carr with a new born with healthy knees and let him cook the league.
We still have a chance to come back… right?
Frauds. Where is Criag Porter Jr I humbly ask?
I’m honestly so glad I cashed out on the Rockets. While it will be slightly disappointing if they do end up winning, I don’t think my heart could take this game otherwise.
Bench going in.
Ty Jerome, Emoni Bates, and Craig Porter Jr keep giggling and playfully hitting each other like school girls. It’s adorable.
The Cavs were up 16 in the third, which means that they Blazers have had the equivalent to a 36-0 run. I’m not sure what exactly it was… 52 to 18? That’s insane.
