The team needs to believe - they are not currently. Zach should be up their asses - I honestly think he’s one of the better performers on the offense.

The Denver/Bills game last night is a perfect metaphor - felt like I was watching the Jets play the Jets. It’s not a talent thing - it’s confidence and belief. The coaching should be making this impact, but it’s also up to the team leaders, specifically the QB.

He wasn’t perfect, but it looks like he’s playing harder and better than most on the offense. It’s such a strange thing to witness, because there’s such wide-spread, consistent futility. Some of Zack’s throws in this game were spectacular! Wish he would’ve hit Lazard on the deep pass…my only real negative of his in this game. I still rooting for him, he’s tough mentally and physically, competitive, but still think it’s coming together…
