Perhaps this is intentional by RIOT. 10 years ago they denied Faker his Ahri skin and the lad has been on the hunt for worlds trophies so he could get his skin for 10 years. Now they will do the same to Keria’s lux so that he stays with T1 and keeps trying for more worlds trophies.
Giga-brain move.
What is it with chinese junglers picking Bel’Veth in the deciding game?
Other than IG, MAD and BDS actually some pretty interesting rosters IMO.
As Irrelevant as Nisqy tends to be internationally, I expect SK to place in the top 4 domestically.
Heretics with a botlane could be VERY scary if Perkz and Wunder are on form. Realistically, if Caps is still a top player in EU so many years later - Nothing is stopping those 2 from doing the same.
VIT is an interesting team as well. In theory they should work but that’s been the story of all of their rosters so far.
TheShy will be the deciding factor for WBG IMO. He’s one of those players that can absolutely take over a game and put the team on his back. It doesn’t matter if he didn’t do it this year, he just needs to do it this series.
I 100% expect this to be a topside decided match. Even if either side’s botlaners can get ahead, if the opposing solo laners are fed and dunk on them in teamfights it won’t matter.
IF Zeus manages to hold his own Vs TheShy and that lane goes even, then it would be up to the mid-jungle duos to influence the map and that’s a cointoss IMO.
I mean, mechanically he is a notch below knight - we’re seeing it in the series too IMO. But Faker’s leadership and his clutch factor is something that none of us can judge from the side. And it’s showing its clearly valuable
Did Keria hit a single arrow on that ashe pick jesus christ
“A lot of blinking health bars” JDG were literally all 100% HP other than 369 who was 50%, wtf is with the casters today
Game 2 has gone to JDG already, I don’t think T1 can recover from this nearly 4k gold lead. Shame after that promising game 1. Wonder if it will end up being a blue side decided series?
Good thing T1 got that drake. For how many kills they have in this early game I feel like their objective control is lacking atm
I’m fully prepared to eat my words but what the fuck is that botlane draft from T1? Easy first game for JDG based on draft alone, I hope I am 100% wrong
And the scary part is, if the roster sticks together there is a semi-reasonable chance that he actually gets another worlds with the same roster.
I mean, they nearly won last year too and arguably should’ve strictly speaking in terms of player quality.
