We’re at the part of McDermott’s career similar to Tampa Bay and Tony Dungy. You build a great team and it gets to a point where they need a new boost. Jon Gruden came in and takes them over the top, Dungy go’s to the Colts and wins there. I think a mutual split would be appropriate at this time and bring in Gruden! lol jk, but bring in someone with great experience and knowledge of the game and offense.
This is reminiscent of the drought where the Bills season is over after Thanksgiving. The drought is why I started playing fantasy football in 1997.
The Grateful Dead Dunks
He was with the Colts from 2006-2011. As an Intern in 06 won Super Bowl XLI. He was promoted every year and progressed from coaching intern to staff assistant, quarterback coach, and WR coach.
In 2016 as an offensive coordinator for the Eagles, he won a Super Bowl with Nick Foles against the Patriots.
He’s a coach who’s worked with every offensive position and has had success as an offensive coordinator in the league. That’s all I’m saying. It would be nice to have an experienced coach for Josh.
The Bills won’t pick up any one of significance before the deadline. They only add mid players during the season for depth. I wish one of these year’s they’d make a push…
Henry would be a good Jerome Bettis type for Josh in the backfield to punish d lines.
McDermott is good, he’s like Marty Schottenheimer. We’ll always be competitive and we’ll never win the Super Bowl. Maybe that’s all Terry wants, is a team that puts fans in the new stadium. Kim was the competitive owner that wanted championships and Terry is a businessman that wants revenue. Maybe we’ll get lucky and win one in the future…
