It’s COVID. The LA Auto Show in 2018 was legit. A lot of debuts and such. The two auto shows I’ve been to since they started after COVID have been noticeably weaker.
It’s not explained in this article, but the suspension sounds wild. Historically, when you accelerate hard, the nose lifts. And when you brake hard, the nose dips. Not with PAR. When you accelerate, the rear suspension raises to keep the car flat. Braking results in the front suspension being raised.

A co-worker had a third gen Pathfinder and when it was time to get a new vehicle, he got the new Pathfinder. He really likes it, too. And that’s coming from someone whose lady has two AMG-lites.
Really?
We all need an explanation to this.
I appreciate you 🙏🏾
If I’m in any foreign country and there’s an auto show, I’m going. It would be awesome to see all the vehicles we don’t get here, cheap or ridiculously expensive.
A few years back, I was looking at cheap flights and found some to Geneva for about the same price to fly to NYC. I still strongly despise myself for not trying to ask my wife for forgiveness while calling her on a temporary international number.
Non-destination driving. Just find a road and drive. Maybe find another road and drive some more. Some straights for speed, then some curves in the hills and mountains. And if I had to choose, give me curves/turns all day.
