When we were looking for our new head coach, it was emphasised a few times that we wanted a coach who made desicions based on the “feel for a game”. Kinda tells me Irsay was sick of the same probability desicions
Actually feel like our notable FA DL signings have generally been pretty good under Ballard. Ebukam, Houston, Autry, Buckner (not an FA but close)
Its more those second roundish draftees that have been more spotty
No Kelly, Vita Vea… makes sense we’d look to a quick passing game
Not as bad as having a disgruntled vocal leader
Unless theres a stud CB that slips to our 1st pick, id trade back if possible, stockpile them second rounders where Ballard seems to shine
Then ideally focus on the secondary

The last bryce young QB school vid (i posted it in here) paints a pretty poor picture of Reich. While Carolina currently doesnt have a lot of pieces, they look poorly coached and running absolutely terrible route schemes
