If I’m not mistaken I think Valve limits sales by Steam account, which makes it a lot harder to scalpers to grab multiple units. Unlike, say, Walmart, which will allow the same person to buy 50 PS5s and resell them on the Walmart website.
I was able to sell a Counter-strike knife for 800 dollars days before the release so i’m essentially getting it for free lol.
As someone who plays zero multiplayer shooters I am astonished by this.
Lol I got the knife maybe 6 years ago from a crate which Is very lucky, it appreciated from 40 dollars to 800 over that time, don’t play the game anymore so I just sold it for the new deck, gonna use my old one as a PC for my office

Love everything about the limited edition but the etched glass. Despite feeling the FOMO it feels like a purchase for all the wrong reasons when glossy gives better blacks and colour vibrancy. The whole point is the screen, I can’t justify compromising the screen for a colour shell.
That’s a lot of dough specially if you already own a steam deck
I’m resisting the FOMO of getting the 1tb model by reminding myself that I don’t game under the sunlight enough to justify the anti-glare screen and that I’m switching out the ssd with my 2tb ssd so why get the 1tb. Anyone else relate?
I’m gunning for the Blacked Out Deck 1TB. The OLED pops out more with neutral colors around it. Not a big fan of the grey shell either.
