How much does Caleb’s weeping uncontrollably in his mom’s arms turn you off of us drafting him if at all?
Also, Been hearing his dad is like overly involved in so many of his matters.
As well as his desire to own a piece of whatever team drafts him.
Kid seems like a generational talent so it’s just a weird place to be in.
Could not care any less. My biggest issue is that his play drops A LOT against good teams. Granted I haven’t looked super close at prospects yet, but from what I’ve seen so far Maye is QB1
They lost 5 in a row all against good teams that they still should’ve beat. Throw in the fact that he wanted minority ownership over the team that drafts him shows he’s a complete diva. And he was originally considering coming back if he didn’t like his potential landing spots in the draft. Him sucking the last 5 weeks is gonna make it harder for us to get MHJ or Maye
Sounds more like Brady than someone I wouldn’t want to draft. How quickly we forget
He doesn’t play like a generational talent when playing any semblance of defense. 🤷♂️
He’s talented physically. But has a ten cent head.
He has bust written all over him.
Tom Brady senior was pretty involved too. Talked a lot in the media and on sports radio even up until his departure from the patriots and his retirement.
A QB who cries after losing? He won’t last long with Bill.
Irrelevant. Gronks parents were over involved. It doesn’t matter if you can ball. Personally, I like Maye better anyway. Sometimes, I get just the faintest whiff of Zach Wilson when I watch Williams.
The crying is a complete nonfactor.
My issue with him is his current style of play won’t work well in the NFL. Like he’s great at ad-libbing and has all the arm talent in the world but he uses that as a crutch and frequently defaults to it. It’s similar to how dual threat QBs will give up on the pass play and scramble too soon because they’ve gotten away with that too long. He needs to improve at reading defenses and taking what is given rather than trying to just backyard ball and go for the big play every time because, while that is a great tool to have in the toolkit, you can’t run an offense in the NFL on that alone and even in college that’s part of why he struggles vs good defenses.
