Travel time: .55s >>> variable, from .25s - .55s based on distance

missile spawns at Vel’koz’s location >>> missile spawns at cast location

No longer draws the circle indicator until after the .25s cast time (this will it hard to dodge if you can’t see him or aren’ paying attention)

Fixed a bug where the spell would fizzle when V’K flashes or is knocked back at max range

I’m happy for Velkoz mains but why did the cast time need to speed up based on distance? As an artillery mage, shouldn’t he have a hard time peeling people that manage to get on top of him? Seems like a pretty decent buff to self-peeling.
I’m sure 0.05s from now there definitely won’t be some new community outcry about how Riot never listens or respects its players because XYZ.
Props to August, but damn is it going to be depressing to see the wolves turn on the feeding hand (again and again)
This seems like a buff, Which i don’t get cause he’s already one of the strongest mages atm.
