Happy Thanksgiving to all those celebrating it. Keeping with tradition, I’ve decided to put off hosting the weekly Complaints & Confessions Thread and substitute it with something a little better this week.

So, instead of complaining or talking about the things that have been weighing heavy on your mind, let’s take a moment to jot down a comment or two about the things we’re thankful for or anything that you otherwise want to rave about. Doesn’t necessarily have to be running oriented either.

Spread some joy, share some love, and let’s hear what you’re thankful for.

Thankful: to be so sore today because it is from moving into my house all day yesterday! Which was … oof, a real feat. Also thankful for my new neighbors who are so sweet and who helped me and my partner move two very heavy and awkward things inside.

Thankful: for running, because even though I haven’t been doing it much lately, I know it’ll be there when I’m able to pick back up.

Thankful: for a long weekend because jfc did I mention how sore and tired I am, I feel like I was hit by a truck :p Definitely gonna need these next few days to recover!

Rave: my cat seems very very happy with this house I bought her. Plus no more upstairs neighbors!!

And now it’s Thanksgiving! And it sounds like you’re mostly moved in at this point?

Yes mostly! Still a few things at the apartment that I’ll grab this weekend like some dishes, towels, and my plant cabinets. Then I’ll be totally outta there! And then the unpacking begins haha

Yes it totally is. I think she’s quite pleased with my choice so far! Lots of things to explore and new views out the windows. And maybe a few mice to hunt.
