I’ve always loved many cars especially the 80s, 90’s, and 2000’s gems from Japan but ever since I discovered the 911, Porsche has been #1 for me and now that I’m older and have more knowledge it’ll never change. I feel that the best cars made by Porsche are of the past but they’re still attainable and they’re still putting out awesome stuff as well.
Yes and others are:
- Alfa Romeo
- Lotus
- Lucid
- Saab
- Rivian
Right now it is. My first diecast car is a 930, and some of my earlier email addresses had Porsche model numbers in them lol.
I grew up in the 80s idolising Mercs, since they were a status symbol then. I still have a soft spot for E46 M3, and Lexus ISF.
If we are talking in super car level Then Ferrari is my favorite then Porsche If we are talking in hyper car level Then Bugatti it is
Ferrari, their NA V8 and V12s just top off everything…
Mines Alfa but I love practically every Porsche.
Summer - Porsche
Winter - Volvo XC
i dont have a favorite. i’d had a ferrari, gt3, gtr, multiple M cars, toyota 86, as well as civics to daily drive in bad weather. Driven lambos on track. Rented an R8 and LC500 on turo. multiple other stuff.
they all excel in different areas.
I have really loved my Audi’s , if only they were more reliable. But what a blast to drive easy speed.
Don’t feel anything for the cars they make today but man F40, F50, or even gated Testarossas and F355s are just gorgeous cars I dream about. Ferrari before they ditched the manual make some beautiful cars
People aren’t really Porsche fans mainly 911 gt fans, I mean I don’t see anyone 🤤 over the other models. Ferrari, lambo, and McLaren etc mostly all the models have exotic looks that people love to see
It’s pretty true. 911’s definitely get the most attention. I’m really into caymans myself. I’m currently striving for a 718 GT4. A 981 GT4 could be smooth as well but ideally the 718 is the one I need.
This is a Porsche subreddit, so I’ll just say that I appreciate the engineering, first, and then the design, of my Porsches. They are not the greatest cars made, but they are the most practical and enjoyable perfomance vehicles that you can drive, that are not made in Japan.
I absolutely love Porsche but to me it shares the #1 spot on the ladder with Aston Martin.
