Someone has to be the (douchey) villain.
My thoughts on the day after.
Our defense was winded by the end of the 4th quarter in that elevation. Our offense was, too, but not to the same extent. Vikes worked their butts off.
Blackmon just learned that in the nfl, it is ‘measured in inches and not feet’ with regards to making good plays.
Mattison played the best he did all season. Except he still needs to be the backup to Ty.
Chandler is super fast/quick! He has like a rocket boost through holes. His blocking sucks, but the dude is tiny compared to who he is blocking.
Russ wilson sucked balls all game except for 2 throws.
Dobbs made great plays, fun to watch. But, he needs to get acclimated with each receiver’s speed. His throws aren’t on time.
Fun game to watch even though I hate sean payton and russ’s ‘lord & savior’ crap. Dude always gets that lucky rainbow pass on us.
My wife couldn’t handle the pressure. She ran upstairs and hid behind the bed.
I yelled and yelled, I have a big bark. She thought the worst. I knew it too, so I ‘angerly’ asked her to “watch how this season ends!” She gave in, and her face…pure bliss. Lol good times. Till Philly ruined it for us.
Forgot Seachickens. Which has been relegated to background rivalry, but I still hate them and how the schedule always had us playing in Seattle.
Some of you all are missing the point. I’m not trying to state that ‘old is better than new.’‘’
I understand the dangers, I also suffer from a severe TBI.
Helmet to helmet has no place in the nfl.
But the other rules. Imagine being defense and having to expect throughout the year to have fines just by simply playing the game.
Not about being ‘soft,’ it is about these rules and fines that continue to spiral. Eventually, it WILL have gone too far. At that point, do you really see the NFL taking the rules away; “opps sorry guys, it was wrong to make ankle tackle illegal.”
Brady’s point was that you wouldn’t throw over the middle against certain teams. Playing smart that way instead of relying more and more rules that take away the need to worry about those nuances.
I’m not a Brady fan and have know about the rules that revolved around him. He still makes a good point.
