A backwards pass is a lateral, which is a fumble.
No backwards passes go to the Qb’s passing stats, they would be considered run plays. Only passes that advance forward down the field from the point of releasing the ball are officially passes and thus can fall incomplete.
Tell us you have no idea what a head coach does without telling us you have no idea what a head coach does

I did the same thing on the eagles board. Dak has missed 16 games since 2020, but Jalen misses 2 games a year and he’s the one that’s an injury concern.
Even turnover-worthy vs no turnover-worthy is still lacking context
There can be a wide range of severity in turnover-worthy plays
I have an inkling that we drub Buffalo but they decisively handle Dallas. Matchups seem to line up that way
Trevor Lawrence was equally as bad, Jared Goff was even worse, Peyton Manning threw 28 interceptions and won 3 games.
What a clickbait article
When everyone tells you you’re not as good as you think you are but you just keep winning anyway.
One thing to note is All-Pro team heavily favors noteworthy achievements. Diggs’ 11 interceptions a few years ago, even though he gave up the most receiving yards in football. Haason Reddick’s 16 sacks last year, even though he barely plays the run, and is not particularly strong at it when he does.
With that being said, Dexter Lawrence is a nose tackle. He’s doing all of this overwhelmingly lining up at the 1-tech and 0-tech positions. The fact that he has any of these pressures at all is pretty stout, but that has to be considered when ranking DT’s. Travis Kelce at 1300 yards receiving is more impressive than a WR at 1500 yards receiving due to the positional context. Dexter Lawrence at 3 sacks, 16 QB hits, and 46 PFF* pressures is more impressive than a 3-tech who has double those amounts.
It really should be split up into a 3-tech and a 1-tech like they did with OT’s a few years ago
It’s not 1 poor season. It’s 4 middling-to-poor seasons since Brady retired.
Winning a ton of championships can get you a lot of slack, but how much before you decide to actual compete again with the franchise? 5 middling-to-poor seasons? 7? 10? Should we throw away an entire decade of Patriots football?
4 seasons is a long time to rebuild a team that shouldn’t have needed a lot of rebuilding outside the QB. Belichick gets double the blame because he’s both failing as the HC and the GM at the same time.

NFL positions are too different and compartmentalized compared to MLB or NBA or NHL.
MVP should be like the Cy Young for QBs, and offensive player of the year should be exclusively for skill position players. Then they should add a lineman of the year award
It’s rare that DBs ever win DPOY (I can only recall 3-4 instances ever, that as well should be broken into Dline and back 7
We have a replacement for Kelce. 2 in fact if we need to use College C Dickerson. We have no one to replace lane
