May I politely suggest Job Performance, We may not be professional athlete’s but it’s a fact we must perform at our “Paid” jobs at an acceptable expected performance level.

As a Operating Engineer I must get after it everyday, while operating various heavy equipment at a high level, if not I’m gone without a doubt. But that’s the real world. Athlete’s operate in a world of contracts for services regardless, with the worst repercussion they may experience is being benched or traded “not” fired. Just my take.

Agreed, also Ham must be close to Mattison in pass blocking with 2 to 4 yard runs when we need them …

All that falls squarely on the coaches, along with HB plays called over & over again with literally less than 1 yard gains … I believe play calls were the deciding factor that dismantled a very winnable game, all plays must play to the players strengths so Dobbs arm and ability should be easily assessed by the coaching staff. The plays are easily adjusted to suit a particular player, now forcing a inferior player to make plays of the previous QB is just plain Bone Headed or Stupid …
