This has to drop him in ROY ladder
This has to drop him in ROY ladder
Except when spurs fans see him out on the streets then apparently it’s all love, according to Kawhi
Some of yall don’t understand what hypothetical means
Getting wemby seems to have brought a bunch of young people who are used to instant gratification
That’s one interpretation
Careful, the spurs mod team gave me a content warning for telling someone to grow up
The next generation is doomed
Got to one of the 5 Chet threads ya goon
According to Thunder fans, ROTY is determined in the first 15 games
We are getting absolutely jobbed rn
Honestly I love how the team performed today compared to previous games
He’s having a historic rookie year!!! (12 games into the season) lol
Whatever you do, don’t try to use it for dinner with 2 or fewer friends
I think it’s still just very early in the process and it’s as bad as it’s gonna get from a frustration point. I feel bad for him because it’s obviously a frustrating spot to be in, but the experience on average will get better with time and it will do wonders for his development. He’s a hard worker and if anyone can see this through, it’s him.
I think fake/casual is the label assigned to impatient fans who don’t trust the process that is the youngest team in the league taking time to learn and grow.
With such a young team being so far from truly contending, doesn’t it make more sense to focus on teaching and growth rather than limping into the play in?
I just looked and we allowed 40.9% last year. Also to be clear, that is obviously the worst in the league.
Tbf, it looks like OP said he’d be an ok starter IN 5-6 years, rather than FOR 5-6 years.
Idk if this new shooting coach is working out lol
Points for the spurs
5 championships since 1999. Most recent in 2014 with Italian-born Marco Belinelli. If you want to dive deeper into the history, the team just put out a huge documentary series called Ring of the Rowel (a rowel is the spiky rotating part at the end of a spur) we also have the winningest coach in NBA history, Gregg Popovich.
Fairly bright future seeing as we just drafted a highly touted prospect named Victor Wembanyama. He’s 7’4 but has the skills of a guard which is very rare. He leads all players this year in terms of highlights viewed on the NBA YouTube channel or something like that.
Quick caveat
The team isn’t great right now. We’re the youngest team in the league and we’re on a ten game losing streak. We’re still in the experimental stage. But on the bright side, this is the ground floor. There’s nowhere to go but up.
