I don’t think you should recommend ppl to install all their games to the SD card. SD card works great for indies, emulators and older games but any modern game should be ran off the SSD for optimal performance. Some modern games even require a SSD and will have issues running off a SD card or HDD (Deadspace remake for example).
Yo grab Prey(2017)!!! It’s a fantastic game and currently on sale for dirt cheap, same price as dishonored 2
I feel like a lot of ppl didn’t actually read the post… bc of OP is truly only getting a few minutes out of their battery then that thing is seriously fried
same scenario here. I just bought my 512 LCD during the summer sale… so if I sell it and upgrade to the OLED I’ll end up losing a few hundred dollars
I’m more so peeved that the 512 LCD is so much cheaper now! If only i waited a few more months…
yes. i would be returning mine or at the very least contacting support for a price match. the 256 and 512 LCD models just got a significant discount…
It’s not obsolete at all… but I am a little cheesed that I just bought one a few months ago and now they dropped the price to less than I paid during summer sale… I realize that’s how buying tech goes, but I’m still gonna be little salty about it lol
No. Steam deck is a great piece of hardware but it’s nowhere close to the performance I can get from my PC.
PC and PS5 for modern AAA games and multiplayer games. Steam deck for indies and old games.
