Kindred
If you thought OnHit Kindred was bad, you should realize that her items only give her 70% Effectiveness. Now imagine 100% Effectiveness on things like Trinity Force or Black Cleaver
Syndra become absolutely terrifying because her W (the one that deals true damage) is basically guaranteed to hit, and her Ult is turns into a Nuclear Strike that cannot be Zhonyas or Liss Ulted, or anything like that. And thats barring that her stun is now basically guaranteed to hit
As a new Syndra Main, I honestly do believe that modern Syndra is perfectly designed and embodies what a Midlane Mage should be archetypal.
She has a decently weak early game, a good Midgame, and a blistering strong late game. She has built in scaling, so even if she falls behind, she can still do damage. She has self peel, combo setup and team utility in her stun combo, but it has counterpart because even at Max rank, and even with stacking CDR it has a sizeable cooldown. She he’s a decent skill floor, but massive skill ceiling, in that her combo’s and managing her W can be picked up, but the more time and effort you put in the better pilot you become.
In my opinion, she is near perfectly, of not fully perfectly designed
