So what? Should Riot never take any sort of feedback into account because it will never be representative of the 150 million playerbase? The only places to give feedback are Reddit, Twitter and the surveys Riot sends that are also a really small number compared to the millions of players playerbase

If Riot is not gonna listen to player feeback either way because of a few psychos sending death threats and being super toxic while ignoring the positive feedback what does Phreak’s communication matter anyway? They are already going Activision-Blizzard while giving illusion of communication because every feedback given (both bad and good) is ignored because “twitter and reddit are not the majority of the playerbase” and “we got surveys that agree with us, but we’re not gonna show anyone this surveys’ data”

The literal reason Phreak was named balance team lead was because he apparently has “good” communication skills

So Riot should never take any feedback into consideration because every social media in which one can give that feedback is not the majority of the player base? Except for surveys that support Riot’s already formed opinion that are also a minority of the around 150 million playerbase I guess
