Drop $2500 on a gaming rig, and figure out how to lock them out of it until they spend x amount of time on some coding software learning to write code.

It’s a big initial investment, but they can get all the games they’d want on console on the pc, they can use a controller if that’s their thing, and most importantly you can use it to teach them valuable skills that extend even beyond coding.

The only two of those I played were super Mario all stars and super Mario world. But those game are my childhood. If I wasn’t able to get the roms and emulate them I’d probably pay $20-50 for each of the ones that mean something to me. To me it wouldn’t matter if it was in orig packaging or not.
